 The general conditions of accommodation


These conditions apply to all sales concluded with the hotel Les Résidences Saint-Jacques Brazzaville and Pointe-Noire 146, nguéli nguéli avenue in Pointe-Noire and 381, rue du ruisseau in Brazzaville Centerville (with the exception of group bookings). As a result, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to respect them.
These conditions of sale are modifiable at any time, and the conditions applicable will be those in force on the date when the reservation will be carried out.

ARTICLE 1- RATES

Rates quoted are in French Francs and inclusive of tax, and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of booking. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal fees introduced by the competent authorities, will be reflected automatically on the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.
Rates are per room for the number of people shown and depending on the period selected and do not include benefits (unless otherwise stated)
The city tax of 8 € per day and per person (more than 10 years old) is not included in the price displayed and must be paid directly on site. It applies from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
Some services may be subject to a surcharge and may be subject to modifications without prior notice, in no way incurring the responsibility of the hotel.
No stay booked before the implementation of any promotional offer will be subject to refund, even partial.

ARTICLE 2- RESERVATIONS AND MEANS OF PAYMENT

Reservations can be made on the website www.hotels-saintjacques.com by phone, e-mail or mail.
The reservation will be effective only if the latter is guaranteed by the customer, either by communicating a credit card number with validity date or by deposit, and after receiving a detailed booking confirmation.
The payment of all services will be done directly with the hotel (exceptions made for pre-paid bookings at the time of booking).
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking in case the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.
Bookings regardless of their origin will be payable in € uro or franc cfa
Residence Saint-Jacques hotels accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, paypal American Express, and have a secure booking system (SSL) that protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted to the reservation to prevent any disclosure to a third.
When booking the reservation, a debit authorization from the credit card will be made. This will be done for informational purposes, and will not be in any case a debit account
The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability for his needs, so that the responsibility of Résidences Saint-Jacques can not be sought in this regard.

ARTICLE 3-FORCE MAJEURE

By force majeure is meant any event external to the parties having a character both unpredictable and insurmountable that prevents the customer in the performance of the trip, to perform all or part of the obligations under the contract. This will be the case in the case of a transportation strike, hotel staff, government or public riots

 ARTICLE 4- MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF STAY

The request will not become effective until the hotel Residence Saint-Jacques has confirmed the acceptance in writing.
In case of modification or cancellation of stay, the following conditions apply (except in cases of force majeure):
- For all requests made within 72 hours of the arrival date, the amount of the first night will be charged.
- In case of no show on the date of arrival, your credit card will be charged the amount of the entire stay.
- Any stay started is entirely due
In case of extension of stay, the customer will have to inform the reception of the hotel at 10:00 at the latest the day of the envisaged departure, to know the availabilities.

 ARTICLE 5- HOTEL AND SERVICESL’HOTEL

Breakfast is not included in the room rate
 For reasons of safety and hygiene, our pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Rooms are available from 12:00 and must be vacated by 14:00 on the day of departure. A surcharge may be charged for failure to respect the maximum time of departure. In case of arrival after 20:00 reception must be notified.
The customer accepts and agrees to use the room as a good father. Also any behavior contrary to morality and public order will cause the hotel to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and / or no refund if a payment has already been made.

ARTICLE 6-DELAY

In the event of unavailability of the hotel Les Résidences Saint-Jacques or in the event of force majeure, the latter reserves the right to have the client fully or partially accommodated in a hotel of equivalent or higher category, offering services of the same nature . The transfer will then be charged to the hotelier who can not be sought in payment of any additional compensationn

ARTICLE 7- CLAIMS

Any complaint must be addressed to Hotel Residences Saint-Jacques by e-mail, and this within a period of 07 days following the departure of the stay being the object of the said claim. After this period, no claim can be taken into account.

ARTICLE 8- COMPUTING

The Résidences Saint-Jacques hotel offers wireless internet access.

 ARTICLE 9- RESPONSIBILITIES

The hotel declines any responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to the belongings of guests during their stay not managed by the hotel.
The customer will be held responsible for any damage, deterioration or vandalism that may occur due to the occupancy of the premises and / or because of the participants and / or the staff for which he / she is responsible. movable, decorative and real estate property belonging or not to the hotel. As a result, the Résidences Saint-Jacques hotel can ask the client to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any refund of the current stay, and to reimburse the damages caused by these acts

Art.10- APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Congolese law. This is so for the substantive rules as for the rules of form. Litigation will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Congolese courts
